Under Construction: To qualify as “under construction”, a vehicle must be substantially under construction.

Five (5) or less items to completion will not qualify. Dress up items such as hubcaps, radios, hood ornaments, etc do not count. The judges’ decision will be final.

Original: To quality as “original”, a vehicle must be substantially original. Changes to more than three (3) major components will not allow the vehicle to complete in the original class. These items include, but are not limited to: Paint, Steering, Engine, Interior and Suspension.
